No doubt- Gwen Stefani wants kids

Gwen Stefani says she has always wanted kids but that her hectic career as lead singer of No Doubt and now her successful solo career has made it close to impossible. She had planned on having a mess o’ kids by her mid-20′s but that’s when she struck it big.

The 35-year-old Gwen, who is married to Gavin Rossdale,

I’ve been thinking about becoming a mom since I was 10.  When I got signed the head of my label said, ‘You’ll be a star in six years.’ I was 20 and I thought, ‘I’m gonna have six kids by then.’  Six years on the dot, No Doubt was number one around the world.  Now it’s up to me. I’m hoping when I have children that they save me from my own vanity.
