Christina Aguilera gets engaged to boyfriend of 2 years

I bet they don’t have kids for awhile. I’ll post it just in case though! Edit: Christina fan Chrissy tells us that rumor has it that she may in fact be pregnant, as she’s been covering her stomach in recent photos.

People Mag says that Christina, 23, and her boyfriend of more than two years Jordan Bratman,26, got engaged Friday night. They were on vacation when he gave her the ring. "Christina was very surprised," says a close friend of Aguilera’s. "She’s ecstatic."

Congratulations Christina!!!! I truly believe this marriage will work. Unlike a lot of the actresses and pop divas out there today Christina has proven that she takes relationships seriously. She doesn’t just jump in and out of relationships all willie nillie. She’s very low key about her love life. Not using it to get publicity like some of her contemporaries. And she doesn’t just marry someone after knowing them two minutes like other people we know. I wish Christina all the best. I have a good feeling about this one.

I love Christina. I’m very happy for her. I know it’s not all about looks, but Jordan just isn’t that cute to *me*. He has an awesome personality though. I read an article a while back she did, and she just seems so madly in love with him. She deserves the best. Congratulations!!
