Denise and Charlie tell Us Mag: Bring on Baby!

Their daughter, Sam isn’t even a year old yet, but are Charlie Sheen, 39, and his pregnant wife Denise Richards, 33, overwhelmed by the thought of already adding another baby to their brood? No way, Charlie tells Us-that is, as long as the newest Sheen turns out to be a little girl.

"A son would be fine, but right now we are just so girl-smart, I’d like to keep it that way," he says with a laugh. "All the clothes would work, the room is the right color-everything is set up for a girl. We would be completely thrown by a son." (All laughing aside, Sheen quickly explains, they’re just hoping for a healthy baby when Sheen delivers this summer.)

And, boy or girl, Sheen hopes the tyke takes after the Bond Girl when it comes to one particularly prominent feature. "My wife made out perfectly in the nose department," he says. "If I’d had a nose like that, I would have done something with my life!"

I wish more celebrities would find out the sex of there babies and let us know! haha. Sometimes I just want to know! I can’t believe they are already having another baby! They sure didn’t waste any time!

I’m just happy to see a loving & committed couple welcoming a child. I really think this baby boom of Hollywood is part of the trend towards children & family once again being a priority in our culture.

Charlie’s dad, Martin Sheen, was on Ellen today. Ellen made a comment about the kids being so close together. Martin responded that Charlie and Denise had wanted to have them close in age so they could grow up together with a buddy, and then said “brother and sister”. Could be a generic comment or maybe he’s in the know since they found out the sex with Sam.

My grandma-on my Dad’s side-had 10 kids.Most were no more than 2 years apart.This would his 3rd,so Chuck’s gotta lot of cachting up.

In People Weekly, Denise and Charlie are claiming that they don’t know the sex of the baby. When they had the ultrasound, they were still deciding to found out and so they asked the doctor to write down the sex on a piece of paper and put it in a enevlope. Later on, they both decided that they would wait and have thrown out that enevlope. So if we believe them, they don’t know the sex of the baby.

Well, they knew with Sam but denied the whole pregnancy. I’m not sure I believe them, but anything’s possible. My brother and I are 14 months apart and it worked out great. We grew up close and are still very close. I wouldn’t change the age difference at all and hope to do the same if and when I have kids.
