Cox and Arquette to adopt?
Courteney Cox has reportedly decided to adopt a baby with her actor husband David Arquette – three months after she gave birth to their daughter Coco. While the former Friends star – who suffered a series of miscarriages before healthy Coco was born – is enjoying motherhood, she is worried about putting her body through another pregnancy, reports British magazine New! A friend tells the publication, “They both want more kids desperately, but Courteney is not sure about going through another pregnancy. She found having Coco a lot harder than she imagined and she’s aware that at 40, time is not on her side. She and David have talked about adopting and are keen on the idea.”Source: imdb.com by way of New! magazineEditor’s note: Although the article words it as if Courteney is planning to adopt right away, I interpret it to mean that when they decide to have another child they will adopt.Also, given the use of the word “keen,” I’m not sure how reliable this source is. “Keen” seems to be one of those words Brits (and Brit-wannabes like Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna) use (like “brilliant” and “flat”). Of course, it’s also quite possible this source is reliable but a total poseur.
